Dr. Gates is friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. He did not rush through my appointment. I appreciate his taking the time explaining things and making sure I understood. I feel confident in him as a doctor and am very glad to have his care. The facility is clean and everyone was very polite and respectful.

Everything was made as simple and comfortable for me as possible. My appointments were easy to schedule. They run on time. I had researched cardiologists before selecting and feel I am in the hands of a "top doctor." The location is convenient. Given that no one really wants to see a cardiologist, I left with optimism.

The office staff was efficient and friendly. The technician performing the echocardiogram was easy to speak with, he explained what he was going to be doing, he was open to keeping me comfortable, and he was professional and thorough in taking all the images that he did. He told me the images all came out sharp and clear. I felt very comfortable during the exam

Do not come here. After my cardiology appointment, I was forgotten and left alone in an exam room until after the office closed. No discharge. No instructions. Everyone simply went home. As follow-up, I was explicitly told to contact this secondary location to arrange a heart monitor. I have now called six times. No one has answered. No one has returned my calls. No outreach. No urgency. Nothing. Given that complete lack of responsiveness, it is genuinely hard to believe the glowing reviews on this page reflect real patient experiences. Based on what I’ve dealt with, they do not align with the reality of how this office operates when a patient actually needs follow-up care.
