BMC Pharmacy Sarnia

The employees of the BMC Pharmacy treat customers like family, very professional at the same time. There is even a Practicing Nurse on staff 2 days of the week which is very convenient. The hours are second to none, and I just can't find a complaint to hand up. They are all great that work there.

Very happy with this pharmacy, I have also encouraged several friends to switch, and they have all been happy as well...it is not only a "BMC" clientele pharmacy, which friends were surprised to learn. Unlike other pharmacies, you don't need to wait hours, or even "come back later that day/evening", which is quite convenient. Darryl, the Pharmacist is knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly and personable. He employs great staff, who all, also know what they are doing. It can be a tough place to work at times, and the staff really handles situations very well. I love the hours, especially being open so early, making it easy to pick up prescriptions at one's convenience. I had been going to this pharmacy for many years. They always had a great team. The workers were so friendly and so nice. But then I seen a change .... New staff...new pharmacist. I was being told to come back in half hour for my medication and upon my return was told to wait an other 15 min. This happened so often. I witnessed a young lady being so rude to one of the customer then turned around and gave the eye roll. I was hung up on in the middle of asking a question on the phone. After asking to switch pharmacy ( for my next prescription)one of the worker became quite ignorant and rude with me demanding me to tell them why I decided to switch pharmacy. I told them it was personal reasons... then was asked again by a different worker if I was sure I wanted to switch pharmacy I said yes.

Pharmacy is great. Their acute care clinic is garbage though. Wendy is so opinionated and so unnecessarily bias to which it’ll affect the care she gives you, if she even gives you the care you’re seeking at all. She’s pathetic. I made an appointment and she refused to help because she didn’t see the medical benefits of the care I was seeking, even though I’ve been doing said treatment for the last 10 years. Needless to say, I left without her giving me the care I required.
