Boggio & MacKinnon Pharmacy

Very Happy with the service at Boggio & MacKinnon. We hadn't been in for a couple years and Anne greeted us by name. I had to look at her nametag to remember hers😅 Brad, is there to offer his help. He took the time to call the Doctor, as I had questions about what was prescribed. My prescription was ready as quickly as I got there, after pointing out my Dr. Sent it from his computer. Thanks people! It was a great experience to start my day!🥰 Keep up the good work, I'll be back!

I've been a customer for well over 20 years because the always go above and beyond. I also love Anne who makes each visit like I'm visiting family. The pharmacist are on the ball catching allergic reactions if the wrong meds are subscribed.

Some great things about the pharmacy, some not so great. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. But you can never count on things being done when the pharmacy says they will be. Need a delivery? You'll wait all day - call to confirm that you're definitely getting it that day - and then receive a call at nearly 5 pm saying "sorry we can't get it to you until tomorrow". Need to know when your prescription is ready? They say they'll call but never do.

All the staff are great Ann in particular has gone out of her way quite a few times to double check new or old scrips sent in. Followed up many times with Doctors offices that haven’t sent in Faxes for updated meds. Very efficient and great at her job, 20 plus years of outstanding service from her.

I've been a customer for quite a few decades now and I have to say that Anne, who works in the pharmacy, has certainly made my visits to the store very enjoyable. She always helps get my families numerous prescriptions in order as we have had some issues with some of the people getting them wrong. She is a jewel and the main reasons why we stay with Boggio Mackinnon for the superb service and going the extra mile
