I’ve had good experience here with some bad ones. They like to send a bill 8 months after the exam, which I never received which resulted in missing a 2 months payment on a $25 copay charge. This resulted in a first negative impact on my credit payment history. Only found out about this bill when I looked at my credit drop. They have a system to text/email you reminders for appointments and eye exam due but can’t simply tell me or give me a call that I have a bill due for $25 when I spent over thousands of dollars there. Spoke with a lady there and paid off the fee and said she’ll follow up with me on this hit on my credit. Never received a call back. Pretty sure since they got my money they don’t care anymore.
