"ARROGANT, RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF, THIS OFFICE IS SIMPLY MONEY HUNGRY & LAZY all at the same time. Find another office where you deserve better treatment which this office lacks completely.

Revised review: Just very mixed feeling. He is patient and thorough >70% of the time, and appointments can be found the same day or the next day if you are urgent. But he may be overwhelmed while there are lots of patients or for other reasons. original review: Do not recommend this provider. He is not professional. like others said, he is more a practitioner not a doctor. He relies on his own experience more than tests. He is random. We saw him for more than 10 times, and if he is in good mood he is patient and answer you questions. Otherwise he simply ignored your question and rushed to wrap up. This is the most annoying part. Be professional! One of the front desk ladies takes care of things very well. The others just cannot get things right.

Doctor Park is excellent. What we want in a Doctor for our son is someone we can really trust to get it RIGHT. Not someone who is just "nice" and gives out candy. He is like Dr. Sherlock, and we really trust his expertise (and his occasional dry joke). I also have to note that the ladies at the receptionists desks are friendly and accommodating. I was shocked that they remembered my son's name and personal family details, even though I know just how many children and families they see every day. Anyone that's "in the know" in the area lines up to have Doctor Park as their child's pediatrician. Hence the occasional wait. But we don't care, so long as our son is in good hands.

HORRIBLE! Avoid this pediatrician's office if you can. The women upfront who take the temperature and other measurements for children have absolutely no experience in dealing with small kids who are scared. They are rude and don't even try to make kids feel comfortable and earn their trust. If they failed to take the measurements, they just let it go and don't bother trying to comfort a child. Dr. Park does not take his time with his patients, everything is rushed and he doesn't bother to answer your questions or listen to your concerns. The office itself is very small and cramped, extremely tiny rooms with no proper ventilation. Another thing we noticed- the doctor doesn't bother following sanitary standards- he could run out of the room for something during performance of the vaccina

I’m the one of many frequent office visit moms who is happy with Dr. Park’s office. I have been going to Dr. Park’s office since 2002 when my first son was born. I selected this office for my kids care because his excellent medical education and training background. Especially with my second son who is born with asthma, Dr. Park’s excellent clinical decision helped him numerous times. I still remember when I admitted my 3 month old son at Holy Name hospital. Dr. Park made a quick decision to admit my son even I thought it wasn’t that serious. Later I found out it was a very serious condition and office staffs were very helpful to handle the situation. I always put my priority on clinical excellence than just office services for choosing doctors, but Dr. Park’s staffs also provide professi
