Canada Clinics

I moved here from St. Catharines and since Canada clinics is directly across from me, looked into getting a doctor there. I got Dr.Phan. he is a wonderful doctor who pays attention to everything. I say. I have had no issues whatsoever and the reception has been wonderful at the receptionist desk as well. I am so glad I found you guys!!!

This review is based solely on the receptionist of Dr Refaei. It is quite long but details my horrible experience. Dr Refaei himself has been an excellent doctor, but because of his receptionists I’ve had the worst experience and the most poor level of care I’ve ever experienced. I waited months for my first appt. I show up on time at his office, only to be told they moved offices. I called the receptionist and she said, "oh sorry we sent out a letter by mail, you should have received it this morning." Wow. Pretty sure a phone call or email would have made sure I didn’t drive to the wrong city and nearly miss my appointment. Luckily, Dr Refaei was still able to see me but now I had to drive to Niagara Falls. My appointment went great and I left very happy. Fast forward a week and I hadn’

They don't return calls for hours. Bad to patients. The girl at the front is rude. I quit that bogus clinic. Should be shut down. We don't need that crop in our neighborhood. Get out

Receptionist is VERY rude on the phone. She has to remember that she is the first impression on the business and dealing with people who may be sick and are in need. I understand being busy but being so RUDE and IMPATIENT when you’re someone who has been waiting to be in contact with someone for an urgent care is very appalling. As someone who is in customer service I am genuinely in shock how this business has kept someone like her with a job. Called August 12 around 4:50PM.

Look else where. I've called over & over again & they do not return calls & they never once have answered the phone when I've called
