Care New England Family Medicine

I’ve had good experiences with Dr. Mistry and the medical assistants, but the lab technician seems to never arrive on time. In the last week I’ve come here three times to get fasted labs drawn before heading to work, but I’ve been unapologetically told that the lab tech is running late, two times with no specified arrival time. It’s not a good patient experience to have to wait an additional thirty minutes for fasted labs. I will definitely be utilizing an off-site lab in the future.

My entire family went to this practice for many years. It has gone downhill badly. As far as Dr.'s: Dr. Stein is kind and gives patients plenty of time, Dr. Mistry is also kind and tries, Dr. McCleary is horrible! She does not care about her patients and if you are thinking about using her for pregnancy....I would rethink that (I made that mistake and believe her unwillingness to listen to me and refusal to see me when I was not feeling well meant that she did not catch that I had a placental abruption happening which caused me to visit the ER one night to find out my son needed to be born 4 weeks early by emergency c-section). I've had a great experience with the physicians and staff at Care New England Family Medicine. Dr. Mistry is concise, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Gigliello took time to answer any questions or concerns. There was ability to be seen for sick visits promptly when needed. Wonderful PCP office.

They’re fine for adults, but I don’t recommend bringing a child here. The on call doctor does not call back - this happened to us 3 separate times when our baby was sick in the middle of the night. If you’re an adult you can make your own decisions about how serious something is and take yourself to a walk in or hospital if needed, but when it comes to a baby you really need the doctor’s guidance. They may be family medicine but if you really want care for your whole family, go elsewhere.

I have been going here for years! They are so nice here Susan at the front desk is so nice always calls you bk always tries to fit you in. Its a very clean nice office building. With alot of nice professional doctors! Definitely recommend to anyone
