Central Animal Hospital

Went here as my vet asked me to. Staff were nice, not a fan of the wait, someone was in their to put down their fur baby and was asked to wait in the general waiting area where an old confused had to have seeing issues kept commenting on the dog as tho it was a nice healthy puppy. That poor woman had to have been dying inside answering all these random questions as she sat waiting for a room to put her guy to sleep. They should have done better. Also a week after surgery and not one follow up call from either vets its almost like they forgot about us

Dr. Kaler has been our family vet for 10+ years. He is extremely generous, reliable, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He goes above and beyond for pets and their families. It’s evident that he truly wants the best for the animals in his care. I could not recommend him more!!

My emma actually enjoys Dr. Kaler Sr. because he does such a wonderful job with her and you can tell he really cares about animals which is a lacking quality in many vets now a days. We're definitely very happy to have him as our vet.

This is the only place in the City of Windsor (barring any emergencies) *knock on wood* that I would ever take my fur babies. I have been going here for over 20 years now. The original owner & veterinarian sold the practice to Dr AJ Kaler who is an amazing, compassionate & caring vet doctor, the staff are always friendly, polite & there to help. In emergencies, when they're open, they'll squeeze you in, they'll make exceptions and go out of the way to make sure that your fur kids are taken care of ... what more can I say? It's everything that you would want in a vet clinic

Spent over $500 there to be treated completely rude by the blonde receptionist for asking a question, that I left in tears. They also gave my dog an antibiotic that almost killed him, and then said I would be charged for new medication. Very rude, unprofessional and push you out the door.WILL NOT BE BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT TO ADD: MY husband went in a few days later to try to clear things up and hopefully make peace and understanding. He was treated the exact same way, and as he was leaving the vet said "you should be ashamed of that women your with for leaving a review." Luckily my husband kept his cool but this "vet" is extremely unprofessional from our experience.
