Chateau Park Long Term Care Centre

The staff made my sister Janet feel at home from her very first day. she went from being afraid and apprehensive at arrival to scooting around the hallways in her shiny new electric chair. Going down the hallway all the staff greeted her by name. She was there an incredibly short time but loved every day

Very rude Receptionist, This morning I was trying to reach out to the director of Care and the receptionist was asking my which Director of Care as if there would be five people working on same position, I requested to talk to person who could help me with my concerns, the receptionist asked my to wait and within two to three seconds she hung up the call. I called back and my Call was ignore. Completely rude and unprofessional behaviour.

My Mother is 105 years of age and I cannot believe the beautiful care that she is receiving. So a big huge thank you to all the staff, doctor, nurses, directors in all departments. The COVID 19 care has been extraordinary! You should all be proud. Volunteers are needed if you can find it in you heart and some spare time because they are very busy.

I can't say enough about the wonderful care my husband received. I would recommend this home and the caring staff. It is small and that means the staff knows and understands every resident. A very special place.

While my Mom was at Chateaus park she received the best care a person would want for loved one . My family will be forever greatfull. Thank you to the staff at Chateaus park.
