Girl was rude, and argumentative, not a person that should work with the public. Pharmacist is a rude old man, poor service, and lack of respect. Not a good experience.

Unfortunately I had to give them one star....DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! I am a stage 4 COPD patient. On 24/7 oxygen. I recently had a inhaler fail that without it I am done. It had 70 doses left and the dispenser stopped working. It caused me to have to call 911 unable to breathe and spending some time in the hospital. I called up the pharmacy the next Monday and spoke to a very rude lady. I told her my dispenser stopped working when I needed it and asked what I needed to do about having it replaced. She told me to run some warm water through it and after I told her I tried that and I got cut short with... I don't know what to tell you the insurance company won't replace it and said she could charge me $90 some dollars and she gave me a date of 3 weeks away before

Only a couple issues here. Lately there is only 1 cashier on duty with a line 4-6 customers deep. The advertisement show sales on items, and there are no sale items in stock. Those issues aside, convenient and comfortable shopping environment. Very high quality produce, most days. Most staff members are long time employees and are knowledgeable and courteous. Only place I'm confident shopping.

Never in my life have I seen such a pharmacist that couldn't count nor dos he care to. Was shorted on controlled meds last month outta the bv store I've used for years. Went there bc four days short on meds and dr sent full script . Broke my neck, at c5 94% years ago. Three surgeries and this guy wants to tell me it's the government. Do not go here for help with medication. I follow every rule there is. Buena pharmacist Amanda could not believe how he treated me. City market needs to do something about this guy. He dangerous to their company.

Relationships take time and work. Several of the techs and I now know each other on sight by name. The entire staff bust their behinds to serve me well. Of course there are times when things don’t go perfectly but they always do everything within their power to make it right!
