I set an appointment easily online. The people in the check-in was fantastic , they helped to fill the forms and get my insurance working in a couple minutes. The initial evaluation of needs for the day were detailed and 100% accomplished by Keech. The doctor Joshua approach was very proactive as well. I do recommend Siloam Springs Medical Center as your first option of Primary Care.

I can't think of a single thing to complain about. Reception was fast and friendly. Wait was brief, and my doctor was fabulous and he got me in and out. My previous provider was nice but I frequently felt like I had been put in a forgotten exam room, thinking they must have gone to lunch.. by comparison this was a wonderful experience and quite a pleasure.

I would definitely recommend Siloam Springs community clinic to everyone! I have been to Arizona and Alaska in the last two years and never got the care that I needed until I got back home to Siloam Springs! The front desk is very friendly and welcoming you.. The Nurses and doctors are all very friendly and caring and take the time to listen to you. Dr. Christopher Martin is my doctor and I wouldn’t trade him for anything! Anytime I’ve called with a problem or concern or needing something. His team always gets back to me in the same day and I appreciate each and every one of them.. Thank you for all your love and support!

Dr Rex Harris, is one of the most caring doctors this town has had in a while. I'm very blessed to have him as my primary doctor. Thank you for being a such a caring doctor and being a advocate for your patients best interest. Thank you for never just pushing medical issues under the rug and playing them off as nothing. Had my first appointment with new provider, PA Kyle Sanford. Check in was immediate and wait time was short. Kyle's team, Keech and Karen were very attentive during check in and collecting all my information and vitals. Although I didn't have Shaunda, she gets honorable mention as I know her from previos doc. When Kyle came we got to know each a little, and that put me at ease. Kyle is an outstanding provider and highly recommened. Listened to and addressed a plan for me. Thanks and best wishes.
