Community Clinic Primary & Urgent Care - Siloam Springs, AR - Broadhurst St

I’ve been a patient here for about 5 years now. The doctors and nurses are always AMAZING. The issue is the receptionist. Anytime I call I get sent to voicemail. I never get a call back, a text, nothing. So I have to keep calling and keep calling for days on end just to schedule an appointment. Last year I had an appointment scheduled, showed up at 9 and the entire office was closed down, I called the Siloam medical clinic and they said “oh they’re closed today, they didn’t call you to reschedule?” No they didn’t lol. So I missed work to show up to a doctors appointment and ended up having to reschedule which again I couldn’t get ahold of the receptionist. She could have at-least called the day before to tell me to not come. The most recent experience I had with this was my breaking point.

The nurse was friendly and fun. She really helped with the nerves. The nurse practitioner was friendly and helpful. She made me feel heard and addressed everything I needed. Overall, a great experience!

I have been going to Broadhurst clinic for about 6 years. Followed Dr Schocler there and just by far a better experience for me . Smaller , quieter and so efficient. Today was a establish as a patient of Stacy Johnson. It was a very pleasant, her staff is kind and patient. And Dr Johnson is a very polite,riendly, and felt very comfortable . She listened and was very thourgh . Left pleased and that's saying something for me . She's a keeper for sure..😀😀

I would recommend this clinic to everyone. I felt welcome and at ease! Thank you all for everything, that means a lot when you are not feeling well!
