CVS Pharmacy

I tried to give them a chance, but I have yet to have a positive experience. So far they have lost prescriptions, delayed things, had long lines at pickup and terrible customer service. They even called me by my maiden name (I've been married for over a decade). Today I tried to fill a prescription and was told it was cancelled, but they couldn't tell me why. I finally asked to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and was told I would have to call that pharmacy (I already had - the new pharmacy said they weren't having any luck getting prescription information from this CVS) or call my doctor to have them call the new pharmacy with new prescriptions. Basically they are holding my prescriptions hostage, but also not effectively helping me fill them. I will be so happy when

I would give this pharmacy zero stars, however there is ONE Pharmacy Tech here that I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS. If not for Ms. VICTORIA S., I would have already taken mine & my family's pharmacy needs elsewhere. I understand that they are a new CVS taking over a new location with a completely new system that they all are having to deal with & that they were all basically just thrown into, HOWEVER, kindness, understanding, and real customer service goes an EXTRA LONG way when it comes to retaining customers. I have to say that to me, at this point, it feels as if Ms. Victoria S. is carrying this entire burden solely on her shoulders, as without her, I don't think they would have ANY CUSTOMERS LEFT to be rude to. In EVERY dealing that I have had with this pharmacy it has been absolutely terrible,

If you want to wait 45 minutes on a weeknight to pick up your already filled prescription than here ya go. Once I got to the front the lady told me to sign in then walked off for 5+ mins and the other lady at the second till had to finish my transaction for her. About a 15 person deep line with 1 till for most of it at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday night. Last time I'll be at CVS for a prescription.

was switched over from rite aid recently, I went in thursday at 2 pm, and there was a few (maybe 6?) people in line before me but it went fast. I wasn't even in there for 10 minutes, but they seemed to have multiple employees back there to make that happen. good first experience and the employees were nice :)

Went in to pick up my medication for the first time and noticed a line that I thought would take awhile and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was and the pharmacy staff were so friendly as well as professional.
