Very bad service. Gave me expired medicine. Printed fake copies of prescriptions. He is a very bad family doctor. Also yells at you for parking bad. Never go to him. My vet gives me better medication.

We have been seeing Dr Ail Baldawi for 3 years, since my son was born. The day he was born we also found out my wife had cancer and needed immediate treatment. She also has a heart condition and we have seen many doctors in the last 3 years and they are all amazing. Dr Al Baldawi on the other hand has been dismissive and skeptical of every visit we have had. My wife is a Nurse and was shocked when I saw him for numbness and prickling thighs and he told me coldly "there are no nerves in your thigh" (thighs have the most and biggest nerves and we have since come to learn this was easily recognizable sciatica pain. I have been sent for 2 scans and both times he told me the results were all clear which was not true. I had another Dr request the same results and they shared them with me and

Dr Ali Al-Baldawi was very rudely behaved with my wife when she was driving with my kids. My kids got scared inside car the way Dr spoke to my wife and her friend also was driving with her, she also mentioned how can be a dr speak like to their patients like this . The reason was my wife went to Walk in clinic for TB test for Job purpose . It was an weekend and urgent basis TB test suppose to be done for work purpose. Few days from now Dr Ali Al Baldawi called and yelled her badly for this and everyone at car got scared the way he spoke. Anyways i registered a complaint at CPSO. He must NOT speak like this to anyone in future. So please EVERYONE BE VERY CAREFUL CHOOSING HIM AS FAMILY DOCTOR. I say NEVER to HIM HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS I FEEL LIKE THAT.

Worst Doctor I have encountered. Smug, arrogant, rude and gave me the impression he could care less. Hates it when you ask a question. his staff is the same.

Such a caring and thorough doctor... Very knowledgeable.. takes the time to investigate when you have a real medical issue. respectful and will be straightforward with you about anything.. also the clinic is bright and welcoming! Thank you for what you do to the community Dr AlBaldawi!
