The doctor who checked on my 13 month old did NOT do his job properly. My daughter came in sick and MISERABLE and he didn’t even check her ears, tried speaking to me while she was screaming in pain and he never bothered to investigate why her tonsils were a bit inflamed and told me it was a “viral infection.” It clearly wasn’t cause 1, she had one before and it wasn’t like this and 2, she hasn’t gotten any better or worse and refused to give antibiotics. Be lucky if this review isn’t the only thing I’ll be putting down. I am FURIOUS. Update: The doctor at Met properly diagnosed her with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Never bring an infant to this clinic!!!!

They never answer the phone. Theyve messed up and forgot to order my meds and didnt tell me they didnt have them. I went to go in and pick them up and they didnt tell me they were out until i got there. Then i didnt have my medication for 3 days.....unacceptable. I even stood in the pharmacy and tried calling, they just let the phone ring. Poorly run and needs to be investigated. Will be filing a complaint with whichever part of gov deals with pharmacies. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO CONSTANTLY SCREW UP

Poor service… I have this doctor since 2018 and she was good listen to our problems and helping us. after that she has been changed a lot we hear her taking her time and laugh with other patients but when it comes our turn she just being quiet and making herself in a hurry and have to see other patients… i have asked her to transfer my husband to specilst doctor for colon , she was arguing with me telling me “ why do i have to transfer him, he is ok now. “ what if i transfer him and there is nothing in his colon “. i have been telling her we need the doctor my husband has a pain need a specialist. it’s look like i was begging her to transfer him . however when i asked her another question she told me book another appointment i have to see another patients and she said OMG you guys have a l

Would not recommend. Really bad service

A little disorganized but staff and Doctors are fantastic. If you have an appointment, wait time is reasonable. Walk ins, give yourself some time. These are now my primary care doctors. Best I have ever had
