Family Care Pharmacy

I can't say enough good things about this Pharmacy and the above and beyond help from Patrick & Lisa!! They had to make multiple calls on my behalf to get my Rx straightened out and expedite my medication to me. They are truly customer service oriented and very professional.

I will need to buck the trend of 5 star reviews for this Pharmacy. The staff is really nice, but they do not tell you the full details about the pricing and how the fill the prescriptions / amount that you pay. Example: if the Prescription is for 60 days they will only fill for 30 but lead you on like your paying for the 60. Then when you go for the refill you are charged again. Just unfair and misleading business practices, that will affect people that do not have good insurance. Lastly, they fail to count the pills , and shorted me a pill. that sounds silly but when one pill costs $$$ then it does matter. If you choose to use this pharmacy the ask lots of question and make sure you fully understand the pricing policy. Otherwise they will not tell you and rip you off.

One of the nicest group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business without a pharmacy. They do not jerk you around like big box pharmacies and they treat you like an actual human which is very rare to find these days. My prescriptions are always on time. There's never any problem filling them as there are with other stores that I will not name. I feel blessed to have found this wonderful establishment.

I have used Family Care for a number of years. Have always been treated with dignity. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Always leave with a smile especially when Arthur is working. Keep up the good work.

Best Compound Pharmacy I drive from another County to use this Pharmacy and it's worth it Lisa is so helpful and the staff all around are as well My husband and I are preparing to leave on a 7months RV Trip and I need all my Compound Meds to last until we get back. Lisa has called me and went over each Script as well as the cost to be sure everything is correct before compounding my scripts. Very Kind and helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Family Care Pharmacy :)
