All the ladies here treated me wonderfully when I visited/called for follow up- I can not thank them enough. I would highly recommend Family Urgent Care in Schererville to anyone in need of medical help of any kind.

I had a video visit with Chelsea, the Nurse Practitioner, and she was fantastic. She took the time to do a very detailed consultation and provided excellent care. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend if you’re in the area and need urgent care.

Everyone in the office was really helpful and patient. If I ran into any complications or troubles during my visit, they were sure to find solutions for me so that I could continue with my visit. Best service I’ve had in a very long time. I really appreciate the positive atmosphere! Definitely coming back!

Unfortunately, I cannot remember the nurse practitioner’s name that I spoke with but it’s the night before thanksgiving and I’m sick. She actually listened to my concerns and what I’ve been going through this last Month with other doctors and was able to help assist me in getting better. It was also a quick sign up and she joined the online chat before the appointment time!
