Indiana Implants & Dentistry

Started my journey with an extraction and today I had my first cleaning. Im excited about this partnership and I highly recommend them. I had a fear of dentist but NWI dental doctors are amazing. NO PAIN I love it!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Indiana Implants Industry. I went there to have one of my wisdom teeth removed. After the procedure, the doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics. Unfortunately, I ended up developing an infection and had to drive an hour back to the office just to be seen again and finally receive antibiotics. The entire situation was extremely frustrating and could have potentially been avoided. I was left confused about why antibiotics were not prescribed initially, especially since an infection developed shortly after. Having to travel that far again while dealing with pain and infection was very stressful. Excellent dentist! Dr. Frazee performed a dental implant placement for me and it was done perfectly. The office staff is friendly, courteous and genuinely care about you as a patient! I am glad I switched to Dr. Frazee, he has a great dental practice!

Knowing that this was the first time in my life that I was looking forward to going to the dentist I had mixed feelings. After x-rays, which I have problems with, I was reclined on a comfortable chair and the doctor came in. He spoke with the tech while reviewing the pictures. Then he offered me a plan, did not tell me it had to be done. This I liked. So to start we do what I had come in for in the first place, then later get the rest done. It was like a long dumb movie cut into one commercial and it was over. I can live with that, it was great. The staff was talkative and laughed as we shared conversation before I left. The only thing I wonder about is what the doctor looks like, he was behind me the entire time. I have no idea. Thank You

Everyone was extremely friendly. From making my appointment until the time I checked out. The staff is very welcoming. I had to have a tooth pulled as I was in so much pain. The relief I felt when it out. Just sore as to be expected. Now the healing begins. Thank you all for your professionalism.
