Flex & Flow Massage

Came here after scrubbing through different options in Lakeland and I wasn't disappointed. Carmen is amazing. She had a very pleasant and calming presence, but more than strong enough to give an effective massage. I would definitely recommend her.

The best experience ever! Not being from Lakeland, I’m so glad I finally found “my massage girl”. Carmen is so kind, has great service, and is so attentive to what my body needs. She’s always explaining what she does and why she does it, and makes you aware of the reasoning your body is feeling the way it is. She’s been so easy to book and communicate with. After every session I feel so relaxed and rested.

I was traveling through Florida and even though I'm not a resident and the odds that I would be back to see her are not very high, she's still spent lots of time helping to educate me and give me guidance on things I could do to make my body feel better. The massage I was given, was not my normal relaxing massage, I prefer, but she did what I needed. You could tell that she really cared about her clients. I would recommend her especially if you're looking for a therapeutic massage.

Carmen is clearly very knowledgeable about anatomy and uses a variety of effective techniques, including scraping and a massage gun, to target specific problem areas. She took her time focusing on the spots that were most bothersome to me and was always respectful and attentive throughout the session. Carmen at Flex & Flow Massage is incredible! I had been dealing with an old shoulder injury for years, with limited range of motion and the feeling that it would never fully heal. I explained to Carmen what was going on with the joint discomfort and pain with certain movements. After assessing the issue, she gave me simple but incredibly effective advice: use vibration deep into the tissue to stimulate the joint, increase blood flow, and support healing. She explained how this could also help break up scar tissue. I mentioned that I owned a massage gun, and she showed me exactly how to use it properly between the joints.
