Jacklyn is a professional and I felt comfortable with her. She was thorough in explaining my concerns. She was very reassuring as I was a little nervous at first getting permanent brows. I knew as soon as she began that I was in good hands. She did my brows and they look amazing! I am already going back to have my lips shaded next. Jacklyn is amazing! Her work speaks for itself. Everything you see on her socials is true to reality. I waited until after my brow touch-up appointment to leave this review because I wanted to be able to give an honest opinion. The nanobrow process was extremely simple and basically painless. The first appointment takes about an hour and half. 50% of the time I couldn't feel a thing, 30% felt like I scratched my skin too hard, and 20% felt like an actual tattoo. The healing took about a week and I've enjoyed not having to fill in my brows after years of doing so! I would absolutely recommend Jacklyn to everyone.

I have been debating for months if not a couple years on getting my eyebrows done. I did my research and came across Jacqueline’s website and work. I got the nano hairstrokes done for my eyebrows yesterday. I hate needles or shots of that nature. Jacklyn reassured me it’s not painful and it’ll be a breezy. She was very professional and took her time to make sure my eyebrows looked natural. I love them and I highly recommend her! My mom is going to be scheduling her appointment soon! Wow just wow! Love my new eyebrows! Have had very thin, sparse brows for years and put off having this done until I could do my research and find someone I trusted. After lots of online research I was very lucky to find Jacklyn and got my nano brows (angel brows) done today. She put me right at ease. She was very professional, gentle and caring. She drew the lines first and got my approval on both the shape and color before she got started. Much to my surprise there was very little discomfort, almost relaxing actually.
