Florida Health Care Plans - Pharmacy

Not sure why the negative reviews. This location has always been spot on for new and refill prescriptions, calling me with any questions, etc. Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. Remember... They aren't the insurance company.... They're the pharmacy. You have problems with a prescription, call the benefits number on the back of your insurance card. Stop all the negativity!

Jeff single-handedly turned this once amazing pharmacy from five stars to one star. Everyone else in that entire building is amazing, very helpful, and just flat-out great people. But no matter where you go, there's always that one guy and it just so happens that this one guy is the manager. Would've been 5 stars 🌟 good job Jeff 👏

The port orange pharmacy was a much better find, I was going to the Clyde Zzz a Morris location but when I discovered Port Orange much closer everybody’s very nice. They get you in and out so I would highly recommend using the Port Orange office.

Great staff. Very kind and helpful! Sometimes a long wait but that depends on the time of day and has no reflection room on the staff- they are super fast! Always welcoming and professional :)

Sometimes they fight back & forth with insurance over pettiness when patients are desperately needing life saving medicine, I've had to personally wait over 5 days after calling 14 days prior for cancer medication. If you use them make sure you advocate for yourself constantly because you will easily fall through the cracks & be waiting on medicine-its pretty amazing that they would respond to my comment which was in no way a positive note, thank me for leaving a comment regarding my positive experience & basically not even read my post
