I have had very good experiences with Dr. Burroughs and his staff. The office is clean and managed well. The staff are kind and professional. Dr. Burroughs is attentive and listens carefully. He gave me the time required to understand my diagnosis, symptomology, and the necessary treatment plan to follow. He is thoughtful and precise and utilizes non invasive procedures. My pain level has decreased substantially without taking pain medications. I would highly recommend Dr. Burroughs.

I thought I’d have to wait for at least an hour before I’d be seen by the doctor. But to my amazement within 10 minutes, I was taken back to a room and was interviewed by Dr. Burroughs assistant. From there on he was very quick. I got my x-ray, and then spoke to Dr. Burrow. My overall experience that Dr. Burrow‘s office was excellent.

Physical therapy incorrect billing. They refused to work with me or fix it. The credit department said they never do take the bill off. I was billed $75 twice for two missed appointments. This was an incorrect billing because I never missed an appointment and I show up early. Won’t credit you for showing up early, but they sure will try to charge you for being late And charge you for the whole day as if it was a missed appointment. Every time I went there, I had to fill out a new set of paperwork as if it was a first time appointment. I have macular degeneration and cannot see very well so the girl upfront would have to fill it out for me, but she was not very pleased about it and she made that well known. From the girls at the front desk , to the doctor’s assistant , to the x-ray technician and the doctor, I have nothing but excellent praise for them. They were very kind and very professional. The doctor was very understanding and was very educating to me as far as medication goes and the procedures that I was about to have I would definitely recommend anyone to this practice.

The physical therapy team is great. They ask how you’re feeling and what seems to be bothering you the most if you have multiple ailments, so we can focus on what’s most important for you. They work well as a team, as you finish exercises someone else may come over to get you set up on your next exercise, or set you up on electrical stimulation. Definitely recommend.
