I was recommended tot his site to have 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out. I was greeted by two Caucasian women, who continued the process of getting me et up to have the procedure done. The day before my procedure, I believed Ashley contacted me on having to pay additional fees for anesthesia. When asked for the specifics, found out my insurance would only cover up to 45 minutes. When asked her if I really needed it she suggested I found another facility and offered that many times. After advising the Ma that I was not canceling and was continuing with my appointment. The following the day I arrived at my appointment about 15 minutes late I was advised my appointment was canceled and the doctor left. I went in today for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation and this was my first time here. After my X-rays and speaking two minutes with the doctor about my medical history, I was immediately ambushed and forced to schedule a surgery date. I asked if I could call back to schedule and confirm but was told that my insurance would not permit this. The office manager Juliette was extremely abrasive and rude to the point that I felt uncomfortable in the chair. I simply asked to call back and confirm the date once I got back to the office and this led to the office manager and doctor himself telling me these aren’t their rules. Dr.Charles was a great dr I was extremely nervous the day of surgery. Once I got to the office the staff made me feel much much much more comfortable!! I didn’t feel a thing during surgery!! He’s awesome I’ll recommend my grandma if I had too lol 👍🏽👍🏽

Never been past the secretary so I can’t tell you about their actuall Surgical service but My wife called up to schedule an appointment. The secrecy rudly told her that there was no referral in the system, my wife confirmed with her PCP and insurance company that the referral was there but this secretary said it wasn’t,(made few calls to office to see if they received it over the week ) so my wife asked if she can bring the referral in person but the secretary rejected and said it has to go through the system, ik she was doing her job but the way she spoke was very rude and unprofessional, I wish I could actually describe the way she dealt with me but I don’t know how to put it in words, Few weeks later we called different Dentist, set up appointment, brought referral, did my co

the worst dentist ever, they claim to have a rescheduling time restraint for canceling an appointment if u don't they won't see u in the office ever again, secondly they make up a rescheduling fee of 150 every time you reschedule. Dentist and staff are nasty ppl
