Fort Erie Complex and Urgent Care Centre (Niagara Health)

10/10 Experience. Clean building, short wait time, amazing staff. From the time I got out of my car to the time I got back in was 45 minutes. The people at the triage were absolutely lovely and the doctor and nurse that saw me were wonderful. I don't think I could have changed anything to make it a better experience!

My mom was recently a patient here, and when asking questions that the nurse didnt know the answers to, my mom asked to see the doctor, to which the nurse responded, "don't be emotional". And dismissed her. So very disappointed by the disrespect and wonder if this is a reflection of CNO standards these days??? Making your patient cry shouldn't be on the agenda.

Waited 3–4 hours with serious middle-back pain. The doctor only asked me to bend forward and said I was fine without doing any proper check or imaging. Felt rushed and not taken seriously. Very disappointed with the care. Others staff were helpful though.

Almost 5 hours of waiting just to be seen ! 5 hours of pain ! and it was not even crowded ! And they call it “urgent” care ! My worst visit ever to any urgent care

I came in last Friday with serious complications that signified a heart issue. I was told I have the flu, was given Advil and sent on my way. The general vibe I got was "its almost 8pm! Get her outta here ASAP. Its home time". Had the doctor done her due diligence, and actually listened to me, she would have ran blood work and discovered the my Tropinin and liver enzymes were high. Instead, I was given an Xray to look for pneumonia. I was not even displaying signs of pneumonia. Huge fail. Glad I went to St. Catharines hospital where I was taken seriously.
