Dr. Lord and his staff were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was apprehensive about getting a colonoscopy and had put it off for 6 years (not wise). Dr. Lord made me feel very confident moving forward with my colonoscopy. It was scheduled within a week, and it went smoothly, and all is well! If you have any apprehensions about seeing a gastroenterologist, do not hesitate to see Dr. Lord!

Dr. Ahmed was cordial and attentive. But the receptionist who took my appointment did not do anything. She said she was going to mail me patient forms and will request for my previous medical records from my previous doctor from another state. But neither was done. When I printed out the forms, filled out and went to my appointment, I found out that my medical records were not even requested. I was told the receptionist will call and request for my medical records before my next follow up appointment. So my visit for today was not necessary. I will have to pay for 2 visits because of the receptionist's mistake.

Dr. Lord is a great doctor. This is my 2nd procedure with him over many years. He is a great communicator, and an excellent medical advisor on the relevant issues.

Dr. Lord is excellent and never rushes thru an appointment. Staff is friendly and professional. Always happy to answer questions.

Dr. Lord listened and thoughtfully discussed my medical concerns and determined next steps. I am in good hands. I also want to give a shout out to the Gwinnett office staff. They were kind, friendly, and efficient.
