I visited this clinic today due to the flu and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with smiles and kindness. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns and clearly explained the medications and how to take them. While I was receiving IV fluids, the nurses were very caring and thoughtful. They kindly asked if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciated the attentive care and professionalism from the entire staff.

Dr. Song was very kind, attentive, and provided an accurate diagnosis, which helped my leg improve significantly. What impressed me even more was that I arrived just before closing time, around noon, yet they still welcomed me and took the time to see me. That level of kindness and dedication really touched me. Doctor Song is honestly the smartest doctor I’ve ever met. Every time I go in, he just gets it. No guessing. No confusion. He always knows exactly what’s going on and I feel safe the moment he starts talking. Today I came in thinking something was seriously wrong with my brain. The pressure in my head, my face tightening up; it didn’t feel like anxiety at all. It felt like a stroke or something major. But he stayed calm and said it was a panic attack. He said my anxiety was showing up in a physical way. I didn’t totally believe him at first because it felt way too real. But I took the Xanax I’d been saving, rested at the clinic for two hours, and I’m not even kidding…. I walked out completely fine like nothing ever happened.
