I purchased glasses from this place and when I got them I made my payment. Two days later I received a letter in the mail saying I owe money . I called to get the problem resolved and the customer service representative Debbie was very rude . She didn’t want to help me at all she continually hung up in my face and screamed at me . I had to tell her I was going to make a police report for her to resolve the issue then all of a sudden she found the payment. Very unprofessional!

Love Dr. Brown! Caring and professional. Don't love the accounting/billing practices of the office but Dr. Brown is wonderful.
