Giant Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Lied to repeatedly and when I asked to speak to someone in charge they don’t happen to have one which is how you now they’re lying. As soon as I filed a complaint with the board of pharmacy and OAG they start calling my phone. Too late now.

I have been coming here for years, and sometimes I do experience rude customer service but Cassidy is absolutely amazing. She is the reason I come to this location. She always greets you with a smile and provides kind, professional, and welcoming service. I have an injured elbow and in a lot of pain and she was very patient and helped answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and am very grateful for the time she took to explain everything. With my elbow being out of commission, I am not able to do simple things like brush my hair, and of course for us ladies it’s important to have our hair looking nice. When I went to pick up my medication, I asked if she could help me brush and tie me crazy hair, and she was more than happy to offer to help with a smile. She is absolutely the bes

Not at all sure who put up 2 five-star reviews but it's not all that. Dr. called in an RX yesterday. Went to pick it up (24 hours later) and, not only was it NOT filled, it wasn't even on hand! They had to order it for, hopefully, pick up tomorrow. They didn't call me to inform me. I waited 15 minutes while they tried to update my insurance info. Still no RX... Will NOT use again.
