I had an exceptional experience and am highly satisfied with my treatment. Heather, the RMT, was exceptional in her care. She effectively released my muscle tensions in my back and neck, addressing the specific areas of concern. I felt significantly better after the session.

Heather was very knowlagable about where and why i had pain in my shoulders and back. She gave me some recomendation to improve my posture etc. Her massage was firm and spot on , as she got all the pain points and keaded them out. Extremely relaxing.
