White Rock Dental Clinic

I have been coming to White Rock Dental for over 40 years and currently live in the northern area of Surrey. It requires that I drive approx 45 minutes ONE WAY to come and have ALL my Dental needs met. And in all the 40 years White Rock Dental has met or exceeded my expectations. That says a lot !!! I am a perfectionist. Recently (Nov 5, 2025) my wife of 44 years passed away and today (Feb 26) I was and I wasn't surprised at the genuine care they showed me. Regardless of your previous Dental experience you will not find a better place to come and have your Dental needs met. John Wilson.

Short story: They mixed up patients and did not confirm identity before procedure. Very dangerous. I had one of the most disturbing and unacceptable experiences at this clinic, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware of the risks. I originally called to reschedule my appointment after receiving a confirmation text. When I asked what the appointment was for, the receptionist told me it was “just a checkup” that would take five minutes. Based on that, I kept the booking. When I arrived, after few minutes of checking in, I was taken to the chair and left waiting for the doctor. The doctor eventually walked in holding a q-tip with numbing cream, immediately instructing me to open my mouth so he could begin. Highly Concerned: Service Dropped, Billing Misrepresented ​I was a regular patient here for four years for standard preventative cleanings (scaling, polishing, flossing, fluoride). My last visit in May was extremely disappointing and concerning. 1. ​Service Change & Wait Time: I noticed immediate changes after learning my regular dentist had retired. I waited an unusually long time and had to prompt the staff to be seen. 2. ​Incomplete Treatment: The hygienist only performed scaling. When I asked about the polishing, flossing, and fluoride (the usual components), I was simply told, 'Next time.' ​3. Billing Fraud Concern: Upon checking my insurance claim, I was shocked to see they charged not only for scaling but also for dental root planing. Root planing is an invasive, therapeutic procedu

I have to say that these wonderful people absolutely changed my mother’s life! They are so kindhearted, professional and are artists in the truest sense of the word. They create the most beautiful smiles and gave my precious mama hers back ! She was the recipient of full dentures and received the most care and attention to detail. She’s never stopped smiling! The products they use are so natural and of the highest quality available! Thanks so much for your care and hard work, it’s so very appreciated!
