Heron Terrace

My mother in law had a short stay here. During this time staff was very friendly, caring, and compassionate and saw us through this difficult time. This is hard work that these people do and they do a wonderful job. Many thanks to all!

I disagree with many of these reviews not cozy old people are cold especially when not moving no blankets on them and it's cool in there. Dirt stinky carpet in Meadows so not healthy holds everything..parking is a joke..and no notification to family members about outbreaks..getting in touch with anyone on phone is difficult..no outside activities any more in summer..I would never recommend this place and why no vending machine for juice pop or anything to drink for visitors and residents crazy your there few hours nothing to drink

Our mom passed away this week. While at Heron Terrace,she received the best compassionate care we could imagine. In fact, when she was at the hospital last week she wanted to go back to her home because the staff was so nice to her. Every staff member seemed to know and recognize her when we went on our walks. Both mom and dad, who visited every day, were treated like family. What a phenomenal group of employees, especially in Shallows Lane!

Management does not know how to handle conflicts properly. Very unfair and lazy. They blame the victim and let the perpetrator get away with unbelievable behaviours.

Nice! clean! loads of ground for residents to walk for exercise.
