I had a really good experience at Target Optical San Mateo. The doctor Ms Hilary and staff were super friendly and helpful. I came in for a multifocal re-fit and they explained everything clearly and made the process easy. They already had my records and made sure I understood how the new lenses work. Everyone was patient and kind throughout my visit. Definitely appreciate the great service here!

I love this office! I’ve been using Target optical for all of my eyeglass and contact prescriptions since high school but Dr. Cheim has been my favorite. So personable, thorough, and efficient, and reception helped me place an order for my contacts at the end of my appointment. I love that they’re cost conscious and always break down what the cost of the visit will be and show you how much insurance will cover before you agree to any procedures.

Dr. Chiem is the best! Twice already she had carved out time for me due eye infections. The sweetest person and clear in communicating her recommended treatment plan! Cannot recommend enough.
