Hope Health Urgent Care

This place is pretty great. The team at Hope Health has been very helpful. I go here for regular blood work and flu shots. The nurses and receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The doctors also seems to be kind but I have thankfully never needed any major medicial assistance... This review goes to the Hope Health team. Not the pharmacy.

Staff were welcoming, professional, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. The doctors and nurses took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently without long waiting times. I really appreciated the level of care and respect shown to patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare and a team that truly cares about your well

This review is not about the clinic, its for the Pharmacy located inside the building Citycare Pharmacy. I had a disappointing experience with the pharmacist, Mariam, when I called to ask her details. She makes me confused and concerned and told me your profile doesn't exist, I filled my 3 prescriptions last week. I am also sure that the billing was not handled correctly, and I believe the situation needs further clarification. Due to these issues, I am considering reporting the matter to the Ontario College of Pharmacists so that it can be formally reviewed. I hope the pharmacy can improve communication and transparency for future patients.

Dr. Adekoya is a great man has has a big heart... oh, and he's the best doctor in the city of Windsor to date... In fact he's probably too qualified and experinced for us in Windsor so we should thank our lucky stars to have him here in Windsor! 🙏

Doctor Olaogun is always very attentive and helpful. Great availability without very long wait times. The clinic is always clean and the staff are friendly!
