Four months Postpartum mother here and I had what I thought would be chronic lower back pain and pain in my right foot. After ONE session with Kate and my world changed. My lower back is 90% pain free (it’s been three weeks since and going strong). The other 10% is on me to practice the exercises she taught me. I injured my lower back a little over a year ago and had constant and lingering pain, numbness and tightness in my right leg. After my first session with Kate, I noticed significant relief on all fronts and, after the second visit, the numbness in my leg was essentially gone and the pain was only occasional and substantially less than it had been.
