My mom came in for a root canal with Dr. Rahim, and we had a truly positive experience. He is an outstanding doctor who treated her with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. Dr. Rahim went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and fully supported every step of the way. His enthusiasm, kindness, and willingness to help in every way possible truly show how deeply he cares about both his patients and his profession. Even when a minor issue arose during the procedure, he handled it promptly and remained extremely responsive, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I am sure everyone dreads going to the dentist. I know I did until I started going to Dr. Samer. He makes a person feel at ease from the minute you go in alongside his assistant Dania .they do great work together. I just had to let them know that I appreciate the great job they did on my teeth. Had appointment at 10am, arrived at 9:40am, got checked in and everything. 1 hour passed and I asked how long, they said 5 minutes finally got called in at 12pm. Saw the doctor for 5 minutes and then tells me I can’t get anything done because my insurance was not accepted there. They made me wait almost 3 hours just for them to say that. They could’ve said that when I got checked in. Horrible service.. considering I have been there multiple times in the past.

My doctor, Samer, is the best! The care here was superb, and all the work my doctor did was spectacular and very professional. The assistance from his support staff was also great. Many congratulations!

I was really disappointed with my second appointment. I was made to wait 2 hours, even though I had an appointment. The purpose of this visit was just a follow-up to check on the work done the first time, which makes the excessive wait even more frustrating. It seems they prioritize first-time patients.
