Mayo Dental Family Dentistry

The first couple of times I went to this office, when I saw Dr. Wisdom, I thought they were great. After he left, the place went downhill. The last time I was there, the front desk talked badly about patients' medications and conditions loudly enough that I could hear it across the waiting room. The dentist told me I had a mouth "full of cavities." I've never had a single cavity in my life, have always stayed up to date on my dental care, and got sealants on the teeth in question 3 years prior to this visit. At least, I think they were the teeth in question, because the dentist never showed me which teeth on the X-ray, never showed me the lesions. Nothing. I have gone to Mayo Dental for as long as I can remember. The front desk as well as all staff are there to help provide the best services they can. Today, I had my appt and had no cavities so it was an easy visit. But I would like to commend all staff aboard the Mayo Dental Team for providing the best services to ensure my teeth are being taken care of!!! Bright smile 😊 Look good,feel good! I am so happy to have found Dr. Keer for my dentist. She, and her staff, are kind, caring, efficient, and expert at their work so there is minimal pain for any thing, nothing to be afraid of. I've been going to her practice for two years. I've had regular cleanings and both a new crown and a crown replacement. Excellent work! I would highly recommend her and Mayo Dental to anyone looking for someone good to manage their teeth!

If I could give 0 stars for Mayo Dental I would. I was there for a check in and cleaning. They said they had to do x-rays which I was fine with. I did the x rays with a nice dental assistant. I then was prodded for about 20 minutes so hard my gums were bleeding so bad. I was crying and she said they were bad - then came back and said not that bad just need to do scaling. I couldn't do the scaling today so I sat in the chair with bloody gums (they never cleaned my mouth out). Then took more x rays where the plastic scratched up the bottom of my mouth. I was crying and they gave me a tissue. Then was waiting for my cleaning which they told me they weren't going to do. So the thing I came in for, they didn't do and I left with bloody gums. I am so thankful to the friend who recommended Mayo Dental to me. I've never felt more welcomed and at ease in a dental clinic. When you're there, you don't feel like you're just another number. Everyone on the staff makes you feel like you're old friends. They greet you by name without having to ask and they remember little personal details that you might have discussed 6 months prior at your last check up. They give off the friendly neighborhood dental office vibe while also utilizing the latest dental technology so that you receive the best care possible. If I'm ever asked for a dental recommendation, this is the place that I send everyone.
