Extremely nice nurse!! She was very gentle, which made it much easier! The nurse was also talking during my blood test which helped me keep my mind off it. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I need blood work done again

These hours are terrible, open 8am to 4pm Monday Friday right when everybody works cause taking time off for blood test makes sense. Can we at least get a couple hours on a Saturday for us regular folk who work between 8am and 5pm

EDIT: I'm here again, for a different test. Arrived at 3:20, a full 40 minutes before close. Door's locked, nobody home. Called the main office, got a very apologetic supervisor who said the woman working read the time wrong and closed early (before a long weekend? OK) and sent her back to open the doors. The woman apologized and kept saying she would get in trouble, which, I'm sorry I guess? I don't even know what more to say. Draw definitely hurt more afterwards than I've had previously which I guess could be coincidence, but even if it isn't I can't exactly do much about it. I have one day off every 2 weeks, and a child in school who needed blood drawn. I came as soon as school was dismissed, and arrived 10-15 minutes before they closed. I was told that she would not be able to help us

Went in for blood test today. Place was busy, but the person working (who was alone at the time) processed everyone quickly and efficiently. She was courteous and professional.
