Rexall

Went to the walk in clinic with throat pain, spent 20 minutes waiting for the dr to face time in and give me some meds and a paper to get my throat swabbed but the nurse was too lazy to actually do the swab (both the laboratories she tried to shoo me away to told me they are NOT allowed to preform the swab and they do not carry the swabs either as it is the nursed job to preform it.) So now I get to waste more of my day while extremely sick driving to another walk in clinic in hopes maybe they are capable of hiring competent employees. Just go somewhere else if you want actual care.

I was at the medical clinic and went to the associate at the pharmacy to inquire at if some of the items were covered under my trillium plan. No warm welcome, not thank you for coming, just said I’d have to call trillium to find out. Younger woman wearing glasses this morning. I can spend my money at several places, it won’t be this one. Do better Rexall

Its been over a year since we have been dealing with Rexall and since then I cannot even count how many times they have messed up with our files. The service is horrible as they no clue what they are talking about . It’s been nothing but headaches. Moving to Shoppers Drug Mart. My nightmare with Rexall started again (not transferred to another pharmacy yet). Got the exact same female pharmacist people are talking about . i have NEVER seen incompetence at this level in my life! This is absurd, other people have complained from the comments below and she us still there to serve customers?

Had a different pharmacy for years and always got my prescription ready and waiting without question but when questioned we’re always polite and accommodating this pharmacy acts as if they are doing you a favour by using it ! long gone are the days of customer appreciation and they seem flippant at the fact that your medication may or may not be available when it should be.

I would like to share that I have been a customer to this store and it is all because of the outstanding service and excellent care from Vatsal and Morgan. I cannot say enough about them. They go above and beyond for their customers. I can always count on their excellent knowledge, availability and kindness. When given the opportunity, I always brag about them. I highly recommend them and this pharmacy!
