My husband has been treated by Dr Pacheco and Michael Gerlach PA for 4 years. Staff at the Fairhaven office are thorough and attentive. Appropriate responses via My Chart or phone calls

Dr. Michelle Pacheco diagnosed me with a large kidney stone and placed a ureteral stent on 2/27/24. Upon discharge I was told to make the follow-up surgery appointment for 2 weeks later to have the stent removed and to break up the stone. I called her office and the receptionist told me someone from their office "Sherry" would reach out to me to schedule the appointment, though I was reluctant, I waited. No one ever reached out. During the 2 week post-op period I have had questions, concerns, as well as needed medication refills, and again no one has reached out to me. No one from her office has returned my call once, and I do have records. I am beside myself, not only having gone through a health scare, but also the fact that there is NO follow-up at all. The best medical care I have ever received by any provider. Dr. Pacheco and staff truly care about their patients and are very compassionate in their care approach. I have had office appointments ranging from 10 min. to 40+ min depending on what my needs were. She is a truly gifted/talented surgeon. She will always be my urologist.

I experienced the acute onset of urinary retention 1 week ago and was seen in the Charlton ER. It was presumed to be BPH and a Foley catheter was placed. I was advised f/u with Dr Pacheco and to call Monday am. I called the main number in Fall River and was told that I would receive a call from her office to book appt. 5 days later no call! Unacceptable.

I had a vasectomy here. I received an electric shock to the testical that lifted my body off of the table. You could hear the electricity arc with a loud snap. The 2 ladies in the room said this happens sometimes, though it scared them both. I can not stress this enough. Definitely DO NOT have a vasectomy here. Edit: I am dropping in 3 years post-op. I had pain and discomfort in both my testes and stomach from this procedure for over 18 months. This pain impacted my everyday activities and stifled my sex life for almost 2 years.
