I recommend this clinic 100%. They showed me respect and I could tell they really care about their patience. They allowed me to wear my face shield rather than regular mask.I was relieved as I really have an urgent matter to see a doctor about and I had been getting frustrated with other clinics. Other clinics did not understand that I have a health issue and cannot wear regular masks. I was doing my best by wearing the shield and this clinic was very understanding and accommodating.if you want a great clinic to go to then I suggest this one. This is where I will go next time I need to go to a clinic. I rate them 10/10 🙂👍

This is by far the worst "dermatology clinic" in this end of the Niagara Region. I have no complaints about the doctor as I've never been able to see/converse with him as his ARROGANT, AGGRESSIVE, & RUDE, main receptionist refused to allow me to show for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT that I personally had to wait more then 5 months for something that would have taken 5-15 min to diagnose & or treat or refer for biopsy. GO ELSEWHERE & don't allow this ignorant woman to ruin your day because SHE WILL! The first time I went in; she gave me more attitude then I had experienced @ a clinic EVER! It was packed & all the onlookers were able to witness her arrogance as I then "verbally" put her in her place & informed her how rude she was behaving, & what a bad attitude she clearly had before I even ent

Its unfortunate i liked the Dr But his receptionist is the wont. She is rude and nasty to the patients. Its no wonder I won't go back there I think its time to find a replacement
