My family Had a real bad experience in this office due to the receptionist who will yell at you and treat you terribly. Doctors don't care enough to fix the situation when there is a problem in their office. I have never been so frustrated as I have from this office. Terrible experience from this office staff. They don't return calls and don't treat you with respect and have the nerve to yell at you. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated by patients. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else where the customer is treated with respect and more professionalism. This office is not it. They need to treat their patients better than this. Disgusting! The doctors never bothered to contact us to discuss anything as stated here and it was their staff who were very rude and loud on the phone not

My experience this morning and every time I arrive for an appointment is Al. Polite, Professional and Caring! Would not consider any other.

It’s a very great place. Staff is friendly. The doctors are amazing And super knowledgable Definitely 10 out of 10. I Recommend this place to anyone. !!!!!

Went to see the great staff and Drs at Niagara Family Footcare. From the initial call to treatment, everyone was kind and professional. Thank you Dr Emma for a wonderful experience (especially since I don't like my feet touched).

Dr Roman and his staff were fantastic. So courteous and friendly. Took care of my son's very stubborn plantars wart within a few weeks. Great experience from start to finish.
