I make it a point to be overly nice to anyone that deals with the public to try to displace done of the needles abuse they get. It’s hard to do that here most of the time. Thankfully my dr retired and I got Dr Hannah who is 100% fantastic. The office, especially on the phone are unnecessarily abrupt and rude 90% of the time and whoever deals with referrals needs to be replaced by AI. Took four weeks of trying every day to follow up on my MRI referral, only to find out by a specialist that the request was never filed in the 3 months since the dr ordered it.. 5 starts for Dr Hannah 2 stars for the office

Amy and Dr Tenhoeve are great in the level of care they provide. However, being able to actually get through on the phone to book an appointment is quite difficult. They actually disconnect the phone…it’s 9:30am on a Monday morning and I’m getting a beep beep beep dead signal. I have my workers extension but I can’t even leave a message because the phone is disconnected. Once someone actually does answer the phone it will take at least 4 weeks to get an appointment. According to the website they were open at 9:15am this morning

I’ve been a patient of Dr Guise since she saw me at the emerg in 1992. Always got me seen in a timely manor. If she wasn’t available another dr or a nurse would see me. I felt she listened well & her recommendations were good. She ordered tests and recommendations to specialists. My drug prescriptions sent to my pharmacy within a couple of days max.

Very displeased— my daughter made an appointment I picked her up at university in Guelph and due to traffic we were exactly ten minutes late to her appointment, we even called to tell them we were almost there. She arrived and they denied her the appointment. I was absolutely appalled. We often have to wait 20-30 mins for a doctor but when she’s ten minutes late to an appointment she had to miss a day of university and travel to go to that’s okay? Absolutely ridiculous. This is not how business should conducted for medical needs, now we have to make another expensive trip for the same thing and she has to miss another day of school. This office should be ashamed of themselves.

This is for all the staff at Niagara Medical Group,yous are very kind and helpful thank you,I want to thank Jennifer the Dietitian, I learned alot from your service since I been coming,I'm glad I did. I see now how eating properly ( Diet ) is very important . This thank you includes the pharmacy section too , Dr.Russell and Nurse Kayla has been more than kind, helpful , and caring , very good service, Thank you!!!
