Dr Guirgis is a fantastic specialist. He listens, he produces great results and follows up with you. He truly cares about his patients and will make you feel comfortable and make sure you are happy. Thank you for your ongoing care and follow ups. His staff are also very friendly and accommodating!!!!

1st Impressions: Immaculately clean and minimalistic decor. This waiting room is Not an area where patients are warehoused for long periods of time. Once seated (Lol..for a hot 30 seconds!), I sensed (rather than saw) that I wasn't the only patient there...Lol...but due to multiple consultation/examination rooms I guess there's no worries about bumping into your old babysitter, right? Front Staff: Warm, welcoming and friendly eye contact coupled w/ genuine calm, professional caring. The Doctor: First-time introduction/initial impression was very favourable. In a nutshell, another specialist in the same field - whose established practice is located in an entirely different Region, and who in her own right is a knowledgeable, and respected physician - recommended Dr M. Dr. Guirgis is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is exceptional. He is kind, caring and compassionate. My 80 year old mother is fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Guirgis. He has given her back her quality of life and we are eternally grateful for that. He stepped in when others gave up. Thank you Dr. Guirgis!

Dr Guirgis’s overall reviews on this platform are much too high. I had a consult with Dr. Guirgis for my peripheral vascular disease. There was mild pain and Dr. Guirgis informed me I would need operative surgery. I was surprised as again it was only mild. More than a lacking of clinical acumen I was appalled by his arrogance and poor bedside manner. He clearly carries an aire of superiority. I went to a different vascular surgeon in the area who suggested a medication regimen and said I don’t need surgery at this point and three years later have been doing fine. Please do yourselves a favor and do not sign up to be this man’s patient. If anything, if you need to go to a provider in the area, maybe try one of the other surgeons in his group.

Dr Guirgis and his staff were welcoming from the minute I opened the door. Not often you find a surgeon with such a warm and caring bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr Guirgis and his team.
