I cannot say enough good things about this company. This whole team is awesome. My 95yr old father fell and broke his shoulder. They were able to work with him and get his range of motion back to normal. Thank you to Danielle and Lauren for your dedication and kindness towards my father. We are eternally grateful to you. My experience started off horrible. My 1st visit Kim, did my assessment. Barely spoke to me & explained nothing. 2nd visit had Lauren. OMG what a complete breath of fresh air. Lauren was pleasant & explained things. She got to know everyone as a person, which helped relax us. I had Kim again on my 3rd visit. Just as bad as the 1st one. Told me to do an exercise by the name of it. I’d never done that before. She is the PT not me. She got snippy when I told her I didn’t know what that was & could she actually show me. I asked to NEVER be scheduled with her ever again. I had the rest of my time with Lauren. Lauren is really the reason I did so well. She explained why I was doing the exercises I was doing. Well, it all started with a bad shoulder injury, I honestly had little Hope but boy I was wrong. They are the most wonderful people I have ever met in my entire life. I feel like they’re angels sent from heaven. They get up and go to work every day and help thousands of people. I would Thank them Daily but they would look at me and say we’re just doing our job. I did have a special bond with a lovely lady named Lauren. I’m not sure if I could’ve made it without her. I’m not fully recovered but I’m at home fighting the battle. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of them. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

This is the best physical therapy office I’ve ever been to. I saw Lauren most times and she is so caring and personable. She truly helped me gain back the strength in my wrist. Each therapist here is so friendly. Highly recommend!
