Highly recommend One Step Ahead Physical Therapy. They are kind,compassionate and truly care about your comfort while going through your pt.

I approached my first PT appointment with negativity and 8 sessions later I am nothing nothing but supportive of PT. It works. My PT Therapist, Nick is absolutely fantastic and is kind, patient and explains what and why hes doing somthing. Its not a clinical setting which is super nice.

Julie is a warm and professional physical therapist, she is very knowledgeable and encouraging in her approach to those in her care. Also they are very accommodating as to appointment times and dates . The atmosphere in the office whether your talking to the receptionist or your therapist is peaceful and directed toward meeting their patients needs. I truly enjoy my time here and feel better for having learned how to do my own therapy at home. I highly recommend One Step Ahead.

Lori took time to explain things to me and show me the exercises I need to perform to get stronger and hopefully keep pain to a minimum.
