Unfortunately, I made an appointment for a tour through the “automated secretary“.When I got there, no one was aware that I had an appointment. However, Mr. Prue gave us a spectacular tour, and the facility is absolutely outstanding.

Samuel F. Vilas Home is a gem in Plattsburgh. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and cared for. My mother has been living here for a year, and I am continually impressed with the quality of care and the engaging activities provided. The historic charm of the building adds a warm and inviting touch.
