My daughter had an extraction with no proper packing and she got dry socket. Now she has terrors about dentists that do not listen. Had tooth pieces still left. Have no people skills when trying to tell them anything about procedure. Very unprofessional and space looks unprofessional. Have since found a great dentist

horrendous experience. had 6 teeth removed for dentures. left a broken tooth in my mouth that was found under my denture because I wasn't even able to rinse before he put top denture in and did not freeze enough. very rude towards me aswell. front desk staff didn't know I had appointment and thought I had canceled when I told her who I was. last time I dealt with her she couldn't even find my file and questioned me to weather I was a new client... DO NOT GO HERE. UPDATE denturist informed me that when he pulled the eye teeth he broke pieces of bone out of my jaw and now have no choice but to get implants...

OraCare Dental is the dental care at its Finest. My sis had the most traumatic tooth every second pulsating ache. And Dr Sou San Siao responded to our call..a) it’s his off day b) he checked with his assistant Tina if she can come in c) he moved his home schedule so he can do a root canal for my sis tooth. His care and concern for a stranger over riding his personal need is the highest. Thank you doctor and Tina. My sis and me is forever grateful. This is one Dentist I highly recommend.

I had intensed tooth ache today n my Sis managed to find a dentist near our hotel,OraCare Dental. Dr Sou San Siao was so kind n helpful. He called his assistant Tina to come in to help do a root canal For me . I am so touched n thankful For his kindness.

Great dentist , unfortunately the front desk staff had horrendous attitude , disrespectful, stressful and down right uncomfortable to deal with . Too many miscommunications, hostile approach and ableist treatment. Was in tears more than once . If you can tolerate all that , the dentist is top notch .
