Otter Co-op Pharmacy (Parallel Marketplace)

Can't express how fresh their produce and bakery items are wow! Staff was fantastic I asked for help finding something and j areas of pointing me in right direction be said her I'll show you. Was my first visit I think it's time to switch!

Recently switched to the co-op pharmacy. The Pharmacist and staff are a pleasure to interact with. They are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. The only negative is the limited hours they are open, hopefully with growth they will be able to extend opening hours.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday party today. She said she sent a confirmation email that we didn’t reply to so she didn’t make it. No call no nothing, never got an email in my inbox either ironically. Showed up to pickup the cake right before the party to find this out, no phone call nothing. My sons crying because he has no cake to serve his friends at his party. Never in 10 years of buying custom cakes has anything like this happened. Extremely unprofessional. Yeah my husband wasn’t too happy either. Sorry if I could give 0 stars that’s what you would be getting.

Wow! I haven't been in here since it opened in summer of 2020. The store is now fully stocked with items that aren't available at my usual store. The prices of what I was looking for today were significantly lower than what I have been paying at our other local supermarke

I was looking for an item an Steffyn went above and beyond to help me find it! Great customer service at this store. :)
