Palm Garden of Port St Lucie

My brother is currently in long term care. The staff at this location is amazing starting from the front desk and up. Everyone takes pride in what they do to take care of the residents. I have seen so much love & care being given to him & others. He’s been at other facilities previously that didn’t take as good of care. I am so grateful that I don’t have to worry about him and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I went there to visit my mother on Christmas Day, and had a very pleasant experience. The front desk receptionist was polite and courteous, and from what I hear took the holiday shift so some of the other employees could have time off for the holidays. The staff was polite, attentive, and respectful. Someone kept an eye on my mom at all times. I feel comfortable having them work with my mom's rehabilitation, and I highly recommend their services.

My brother has been at Palm Gardens for over 2 years. The staff are friendly and hard working. They treat the residents with dignity. He has trouble feeding himself and food gets all over his wheelchair. We mentioned it to the front office and they had it power washed. It is nice that they respond to our inquiries. Tom is always clean shaven, has a nice haircut and is dressed appropriately. Well done Palm Gardens. Thank you.

The Palm Gardens @Port St.Lucie was very clean and the staff from the front desk receptionist, administration and the patient care were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Special recognition to CNAs, Marie Olimay, Dawn Barron and Betina Adelson. They made my my mother feel so comfortable and loved during her time in your facility. Palm Gardens @ Port St. Lucie surely deserve 5-Star. My family and I thank you all.

I recently stayed in their Rehab for two mo months. Most of the staff were wonderful. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. The only complaint I have is the quality of the food. All fruits and vegetables came out of a can never fresh. Pork on the menu several times a week. Like sausage and hotdogs. Very little nutritious foods. Processed eggs and oatmeal was like soup. My family started bringing in my meals and I'm not a picky eater. Elderly people needs nutritious foods not processed food they serve. I sure got tired of fruit cocktail and green beans that were tasteless
