Feedback on my recent experience with birth control Depo-Provera I feel very disappointed with how my recent treatment with Depo-Provera was handled. I was never properly informed about the possible severe side effects, such as continuous spotting for months, worsening skin condition, and how this could affect my sexual life and self-confidence. After receiving the first shot, I have been experiencing heavy spotting for over 7 weeks, my skin has broken out like I am a teenager again, and my sexual life is practically ruined. When I came back for advice, I was simply told to “wait,” with no real help or alternative solutions offered. This is not what I expect from my family clinic. Multiple bad experiences here and very aggressive behavior by the staff on my latest visit. I will be going to The ER instead of here in the future because i don't feel like they were honest on the first visit and on the second they were physically aggressive with me and made an accusation based on an involuntary response to their actions. Very poor bedside manner and they seem to be trying to lie to cover their mistakes from the first visit because I've gotten many different stories about what happened. 2 days later I was in the ER with a very clear and life threatening result says they didn't do their job properly the first visit. Latest visit was just hostility and possibly negligence.

I was booked quickly and efficiently for a COVID test and to see a Nurse Practitioner. The staff had an excellent bedside manner, took the proper time to assess... I actually felt like a human being! Amazing, especially in this time and age.

This is a Long Term Care Nursing Home .Very Clean Very Friendly .And Real Strict on keeping Covid Rules .Number 1 in my books.
